Incumbent:
Establish and maintain a strong relationship with trade media in Beijing as well as other Chinese cities and regional media through frequent calls, meetings and entertainments.
Preparation and dissemination of press releases to relevant media.
Organization of press conferences for corporate events and projects.
Preparation of media articles, news releases and other media-related materials.
Assist in project marketing efforts as and when required in terms of recommended media buy and PR proposals for launches, etc.
Regular updates to media on Super City research briefings and other relevant reports.
Generate regular media exposure for Super City ills to build brand identity and awareness.
Pitch and schedule interviews for Super City management on a regular basis.
Seek out valuable PR opportunities, e.g. participation in relevant industry events, trade shows, advertising and sponsorship packages.
Update media list and media clippings on a regular basis.
Assist in crisis management for Super City Beijing departments whenever necessary.
Tracking and keeping to allocated budget for all media-related activities.
Work closely with Media Relations Manager on corporate events
Assist Super City Beijing office in vetting and editing of marketing materials prior to production.
